It's not in there buisness plans,but buisness plans aren't allways concrete. They have released the same information for many of the games that they have realesed for the U.S.. Any veteran RPG gamer will tell you that if they don't release this game in the U.S. that it would be a major mistake.
From what i have seen Chrono Cross looks like a pretty good game although the dreamteam of designers did not halp with Chrono Cross as they are buisy.
